Kontaktmission began in the Forest Quarter of Austria in 1979 with just a few missionaries doing the specific work they felt called of God to do.  But their vision soon grew to encompass other countries and continues to expand today.

We have missionaries in more than 20 countries.  Each of them desperately need evangelism, less than 1% of the population is churched.  Kontaktmission is one of the fastest growing church planting organizations that use effective methods of new church evangelism while staying true to the Lord of the Great Commission.
